Returns & Cancellations Policy

I want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 21 days of receipt for a full refund.

Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order at any time up until the purchased items have been despatched and receive a full refund of all monies paid. You can check the status of your order at any time via your customer account (set up at the time of purchase).

Return Window

If you change your mind and wish to cancel the order after the items have been despatched, you have 21 days from the date you receive your order to send the items back to me.

Condition of Items

Items must be returned unused and in a resalable condition, with all tags and labels still attached and intact. I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately upon receipt with your order number and a photograph of the damaged item/packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement (if possible) or issuing a refund.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact me at enquiries@sewnwithlove.co.uk within the 21-day return window quoting your order number and the reason for the return. I will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. I recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Refunds for returned items lost in transit will not be given unless a tracking number can be provided.

Refund Process

Once I receive your returned items and verify that they meet the return criteria, I will process your refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 48 hours. Refunds will be credited to your original Paypal transaction. Please note Paypal operate their own timescales for when refunded payments are credited back to your bank/credit card.

Exclusions

Customised or personalised items may not be eligible for a return/refund unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

By making a purchase from Handmade by Fraz, you agree to adhere to my return policy as stated above.
